Tai Chi Chuan is one of the treasures of China’s heritage. It has a long history and contains a vast body of information. It has valuable merits in the fields of self-defense, performance art, health-maintenance, and personal development. It is based on the information from Tai Chi Yin and Yand Symbol, Lao Tzu's teachings, traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese martial-art principle, the art of nurturing life, Daoyin Principles, Tunian Principles (inhalation and exhalation), and more. It has unique training method, abstract principles, and practical and effective applications. They are difficult for the beginning students.
